Just a quick little teaser of the images of the space. Some video clips of the panel and more photos of last night coming soon.
(Update: My book was found! Some kind soul had hidden it away, perhaps my very own “Unseen Hand”?)

Hi, I just got the Scrapbbok from the mail today. Everything about it is beautiful. So well put together, you both did a wonderful job. I’m in such admiration with your dad’s work. He must be proud.
Regards
Pierre

June 24th, 2009 at 5:32 pmIt was very nice meeting you yesterday at The Art Students League of New York’s exhibition of the works by the 2008 Merit Scholarship recipients.
I did go over to Borders to try to get your book, “Grey Gardens,” but they did not have it. So, I ordered it from amazon.com, and it should arrive by Monday.
I posted (to one of my blogs) a few photos that I took last night of Jerry, your father, and me. Unfortunately, they have an orange hue that I was unable to remove. If you want to see them, they are at:

I am looking forward to the arrival of the book and listening to the CD.
All my best,
Marjorie
I bought the book and I left a comment, and it was not published…
June 28th, 2009 at 9:42 amMarjorie, thank you so much for the comment and it was a pleasure to meet you as well. I’ve been neglecting my blog duties (apologies to all) but new posts will be up soon and I’ll try to approve comments in a more timely fashion. Love your blog post about the exhibition, Jerry is really a wonderful sculptor and I’m so proud of him for getting that honor.
June 28th, 2009 at 11:18 amI told my daughter, no matter what else, please get me this book for Christmas and I received it last night. I could not be more thrilled. FABULOUS. Everything about it. A remarkably good job. Love it. You did your father proud! and the lovely Edies as well. A treasured keepsake from now on.
